Product Mock-Ups & Colour Variations

As many of our products are created using sublimation printing and other personalised printing methods, product mock-ups are digitally generated representations of the final item.

Whilst every effort is made to accurately represent colours, designs, and product appearance, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, substrates, materials, and manufacturing methods.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled and refunded before production or printing has commenced.

Once an order has entered the production, printing, or personalisation stage, cancellations cannot be accepted and full payment will remain due.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered for items that have been correctly produced to the customer’s specifications.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report a damaged item, customers must contact us within a reasonable period of receipt and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s);
  • Photographs of the external packaging; and
  • Any additional information reasonably requested to support an insurance claim.

All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.

Customer Supplied Images & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all images, photographs, logos, and artwork supplied for personalisation are of suitable quality for printing.

For best results, we recommend:

  • A minimum resolution of 300 DPI;
  • A minimum image size of 2000 x 2000 pixels; and
  • High-quality original files wherever possible.

We cannot accept responsibility for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, pixelated, blurred, or otherwise unsuitable images supplied by the customer.

Where image quality concerns are identified before production, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before proceeding.

Copyright Responsibility for Submitted Artwork

Customers must ensure they own, or have obtained permission to use, any image, logo, photograph, or artwork submitted for personalisation.

Google Images and similar internet-sourced images are often protected by copyright and may not be suitable for commercial printing.

Boops & Kisses Pet Care accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied content. Responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions or licences remains solely with the customer.

Delivery & Postage

Delivery services selected at checkout relate solely to the postal service used and do not guarantee a production or dispatch timeframe.

As all items are made to order, production times apply in addition to any selected postage service.

If an order is required by a specific date, customers should contact us before placing their order. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Where appropriate, customers may be required to upgrade to a next-day delivery service to meet time-sensitive requirements.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Coupon codes:

  • Are valid for one use only unless otherwise stated;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
  • Cannot be used on clearance items unless expressly stated; and
  • Cannot be used to reduce postage and delivery charges unless specifically advertised.

All promotional codes are subject to an expiry date. Expired codes cannot be redeemed, extended, or replaced.

Pricing & Promotions

Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to:

  • Withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time;
  • Cancel or modify discount schemes;
  • Adjust bulk purchase discounts;
  • Amend product pricing; and
  • Update charges in response to supplier costs, material costs, operational expenses, or inflation.

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are available only while stocks last.

Where additional stock must be ordered from suppliers, the discounted sale price may no longer apply and the item may be charged at its current standard retail price.

Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Pet Nail Care

1. Pricing and Mileage Charges

For customers booking an individual nail trim appointment for a single pet, the applicable service fee will include the nail trim charge plus a mileage fee.

Where multiple pets from the same household are booked during the same appointment, the mileage fee will be waived. This arrangement is intended to provide a more cost-effective service for multi-pet households.

2. Nail Trimming Procedure

The welfare, comfort, and safety of every pet is our highest priorities. Nail trimming may be carried out using either nail clippers or a nail grinder, depending on the individual pet’s temperament, behaviour, and tolerance of the procedure.

For nervous or anxious pets, a nail grinder may be used as it is generally a gentler and safer option, although the process may take longer. Where a pet’s quick is extended and there is minimal nail available to trim safely, a nail grinder will be used to minimise the risk of injury.

3. Owner Assistance

Owners may be required to assist by safely holding or reassuring their pet during the nail trimming process. This helps maintain a calm, controlled, and secure environment for both the pet and groomer.

4. Incomplete Nail Trims

In certain circumstances, it may not be possible to safely complete a nail trim during a scheduled grooming appointment. This may occur where additional assistance is required, the pet becomes excessively distressed, or the owner is unavailable to provide assistance when needed.

Where a nail trim cannot be safely completed, a separate appointment may be arranged to carry out the procedure under more suitable conditions.

If a mobile visit is required for the rescheduled appointment, only the applicable mileage fee will be charged. Alternatively, if the customer attends the grooming location, no additional charge will apply for the nail trim service.

5. Liability

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet, Boops & Kisses Pet Care cannot accept liability for accidental injury caused by an unexpectedly long quick or sudden movement by the pet during the nail trimming process.

6. Refusal of Service

Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a nail trim where it is considered unsafe to proceed.

No pet will be forcibly restrained or subjected to unnecessary stress for the purpose of completing a nail trim. If a pet is unwilling to tolerate the procedure safely, owners may be advised to seek assistance from a veterinary professional, who may be able to provide alternative handling methods or sedation where appropriate.

Dog Grooming

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Boops & Kisses Pet Care for your dog’s grooming needs. We are committed to providing a safe, caring, and professional grooming experience for every dog entrusted to our care.

By booking an appointment with Boops & Kisses Pet Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all pets, clients, and staff.

1. Health & Vaccinations

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit, healthy, and suitable for grooming. Grooming elderly, unwell, or medically compromised dogs is undertaken entirely at the owner’s risk.

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, allergies, behavioural concerns, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Epilepsy
  • Diabetes
  • Arthritis
  • Heart conditions
  • Skin conditions or allergies
  • Anxiety or behavioural concerns

Whilst vaccinations are strongly recommended, owners remain responsible for ensuring their dog has received any vaccinations they deem necessary. Boops & Kisses Pet Care disinfects all equipment and work areas between appointments to maintain high hygiene standards.

Puppies must be fully vaccinated and at least 12 weeks old before attending their first grooming appointment. We recommend introducing puppies to grooming before 16 weeks of age whenever possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming if we believe a dog is unwell or if grooming may compromise its welfare.

2. Grooming Risks & Liability

Every reasonable care and precaution will be taken whilst grooming your dog. However, grooming involves the use of sharp equipment and there is an inherent risk of accidental injury, particularly where pets are anxious, fidgety, elderly, matted, or have pre-existing skin conditions.

Minor irritations, nicks, abrasions, clipper sensitivity, patchiness, or coat loss may occur, particularly where there are:

  • Mats or tangles
  • Warts
  • Skin tags
  • Scabs
  • Existing skin conditions
  • Undisclosed medical concerns

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

In the event of an accident or injury, first aid will be administered where appropriate. If veterinary treatment is deemed necessary, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. Any veterinary costs incurred as a result of pre-existing conditions, behavioural issues, or undisclosed information remain the responsibility of the owner.

Any concerns regarding a grooming appointment must be reported within 24 hours.

For training, quality assurance, and safety purposes, grooming sessions may be recorded.

3. Behaviour & Aggressive Dogs

Owners must disclose any history of aggression, biting, anxiety, or behavioural concerns before the appointment.

Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate nervous or challenging dogs, we reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify a groom at any time if a dog poses a risk to itself, other animals, clients, or staff.

Where grooming is discontinued due to behaviour, the owner may still be liable for the full grooming fee and any additional costs incurred.

We will only carry out procedures that a dog can safely and comfortably tolerate. We will never force a dog to undergo any aspect of grooming that would compromise its welfare.

Certain dogs may require additional handling time due to anxiety, behavioural difficulties, or coat condition. Additional charges may apply and will be discussed with the owner where possible before grooming begins.

4. Pregnant & Sedated Dogs

Boops & Kisses Pet Care does not groom sedated dogs under any circumstances.

Pregnant dogs are accepted entirely at the owner’s discretion and risk. Whilst every care will be taken, Boops & Kisses Pet Care accepts no liability for complications associated with pregnancy.

Dogs in season should not be brought to the salon. If a dog arrives whilst in season, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

5. Coat Condition & Matted Dogs

Owners are responsible for maintaining their dog’s coat between appointments.

Severely matted coats can cause significant discomfort, skin irritation, and health concerns. Attempting to brush out severe matting may be painful and inhumane.

Where matting is present, we may recommend or require a complete clip-off (shave-down) to safely remove the affected coat. This will be discussed with the owner before proceeding whenever possible.

Following the removal of severe matting, hidden skin conditions, sores, bruising, irritation, or other issues may become visible. Boops & Kisses Pet Care accepts no liability for conditions revealed as a result of removing matted fur.

6. Styling Requests

We will always endeavour to achieve the owner’s preferred style. However, results may vary depending on:

  • Coat condition
  • Coat type
  • Matting
  • Dog behaviour
  • Welfare considerations
  • Time tolerances

The groomer’s professional judgement regarding the welfare and safety of the dog shall always take priority.

7. Fleas & Parasites

If fleas or other parasites are discovered during the grooming appointment, grooming may be paused or cancelled.

Where fleas or other parasites are discovered during the grooming appointment, Boops & Kisses Pet Care may require a flea treatment service to be carried out before grooming can continue. If the owner declines the flea treatment, grooming will be discontinued, and the owner may be required to collect their dog immediately. Full grooming charges and any additional cleaning or sanitation fees may still apply.

If owners are aware their dog has fleas prior to the appointment, appropriate treatment must be administered before attending the salon.

8. Appointment Times

Additional time may be required depending on:

  • Coat condition
  • Behaviour
  • Breed
  • Size
  • Welfare breaks
  • Drying time

We reserve the right to extend appointments where necessary for the comfort and welfare of the dog.

9. Collection & Drop-Off Service

Where collection and drop-off services are provided, owners must ensure their dog has had the opportunity to toilet before transportation.

If a dog soils in our vehicle, a cleaning charge of £5.00 may apply.

Owners may provide puppy pads for during transport if preferred.

10. Photographs & Marketing

We may take photographs of your dog before, during, and/or after their grooming session for our social media posts, marketing and website content.

By using our services, you grant Boops & Kisses Pet Care permission to use such images unless you specifically request otherwise.

11. Cancellations, Deposits & Rescheduling

– Deposits

To secure an appointment:

  • Weekday bookings require a non-refundable 25% deposit.
  • Weekend bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of submitting the booking request form. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to cancel the booking request and release the appointment slot for other customers.

– Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

– Rescheduling Limits

A maximum of two appointment reschedules is permitted per booking.

Following a second reschedule, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment.

Deposits cannot be transferred after the original appointment date has passed.

12. Payments & Additional Charges

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the grooming appointment or upon return of the dog where collection and drop-off services are provided.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Severe matting
  • Excessive undercoat removal
  • Behavioural difficulties
  • Flea infestations
  • Extended appointment times
  • Additional handling requirements

Owners will be advised of any significant additional charges where possible before grooming commences.

Welfare Grooming Service

Boops & Kisses Pet Care is proud to support rescue organisations by offering a limited free welfare grooming service for rescue dogs suffering from severe matting.

Scope of Service

Welfare grooms are provided solely to improve the comfort, welfare, and hygiene of rescue dogs.

All welfare grooms will consist of a one-length all-over clip (shave-down) where necessary to remove severe matting safely and humanely.

Breed-standard styling, cosmetic grooming requests, and specialist trims are not included.

Eligibility

This service is available exclusively to dogs currently in the care of a registered rescue organisation.

Proof of rescue status must be provided at the appointment. Acceptable forms of evidence include:

  • Rescue centre identification
  • Rescue paperwork
  • Official letter from the rescue organisation

Service Limits

To ensure fairness and availability:

  • One free welfare groom is available per dog.

Transport

Boops & Kisses Pet Care does not provide transport for welfare grooming appointments.

The rescue organisation is responsible for transporting the dog to and from our salon in Hemsworth.

Health & Behaviour

All known medical conditions and behavioural concerns must be disclosed before the appointment.

Where a dog has known aggressive tendencies, the rescue organisation must provide a suitable muzzle if required.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming if a dog presents a safety risk.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, limit, or withdraw the Welfare Grooming Service at any time without prior notice.

By booking an appointment with Boops & Kisses Pet Care, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Emmi Pet Polish

Non-Veterinary Procedure

Emmi Pet Teeth Cleaning is a cosmetic, non-invasive ultrasonic teeth cleaning service and is not a veterinary dental treatment. It does not replace professional veterinary dental care. No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice will be provided.

If your pet shows signs of dental disease, infection, loose teeth, bleeding gums, or other medical concerns, you will be advised to seek care from a qualified veterinarian.

Pet Health Requirements

Owners confirm that:

  • Their pet is fit and healthy

  • The pet does not have serious dental disease, oral infections, or untreated medical conditions that could make the procedure unsafe

  • The pet has not shown aggressive behaviour that could endanger staff

We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time if the pet shows stress, aggression, illness, or if dental issues appear to require veterinary care.

Results Disclaimer

While Emmi Pet Teeth Cleaning can help reduce plaque, tartar buildup, and improve breath, results vary depending on:

  • The severity of tartar

  • The pet’s diet

  • The pet’s age

  • At-home dental care

Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the best results.

No guarantees are made regarding the level of tartar removal or whitening achieved.

Owner Responsibility

Owners agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their pet’s health and behaviour

  • Follow any recommended aftercare or maintenance advice

  • Understand that maintenance sessions are usually required for long-term results

Liability

All care is taken to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. However, by booking this service you acknowledge that:

  • Animals may react unpredictably

  • The salon and staff cannot be held liable for unforeseen reactions or complications arising from the procedure, except in cases of negligence

Toothbrush Head Policy

  • When you purchase a toothbrush head from us, payment must be made at the time of booking your appointment

  • Your purchased toothbrush head will be stored safely at the salon and thoroughly disinfected after every use

  • Each toothbrush head is assigned to one dog only and will not be used on multiple pets that visit the salon

  • We will also inform you when it is time to replace your toothbrush head. At that point, you will need to purchase a new head from us

Initial Session

All dogs must attend an initial Emmi Pet teeth cleaning session before any further appointments are booked.

  • The initial session cost is £45.00

  • This appointment includes an assessment of your dog’s teeth and gums, which includes a dedicated toothbrush head uniquely for your dog’s use

Follow-Up Session Options

After the initial session, customers may choose one of the following options:

Pay As You Go

  • Follow-up sessions are £35.00 per session

6 Session Block Booking

  • Customers may purchase a block of 6 sessions at a discounted rate

  • Block bookings must be paid in full in advance

Block Booking Requirements

  • The 6-session block is designed for weekly appointments to achieve the best results for your dog’s dental health

  • Customers should aim to attend once per week until the block is completed

Block Booking Completion

Upon completion of the initial course of 6 sessions, customers are not required to continue immediately and may return at a later date. A further course of 6 sessions will be available at the same rate, provided the toothbrush remains in suitable working condition.

Where a replacement toothbrush is required, the cost of the subsequent 6 sessions will be £130.

Following the initial course of sessions, customers may opt for a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Individual sessions are charged at £35 per session where the existing toothbrush remains suitable for use. Where a replacement toothbrush is required, the first session will be charged at £45.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Customers are responsible for booking each appointment in advance to ensure availability

  • While weekly attendance is recommended, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise

Block Booking Expiry

  • All 6 sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date

  • Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable

Missed Appointments

  • If an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, the session will be forfeited

  • No refunds or replacements will be given for missed appointments

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, including block bookings

  • Unused sessions within a block booking cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

Consent

By booking or attending an appointment, the owner confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Give permission for Emmi-Pet Teeth Cleaning to be performed on their pet

  • Accept the non-veterinary nature of the procedure

Pet Drop-In

Food and Treats

The Client is responsible for providing an adequate supply of food, treats, and any other essential items required for their pet(s) throughout the duration of the pet drop-in service. Should additional food, treats, or supplies be required, the Client agrees to reimburse Boops & Kisses Pet Care for all reasonable expenses incurred upon presentation of a receipt.

Veterinary Care and Emergencies

Boops & Kisses Pet Care will make every reasonable effort to contact the Client in the event of an illness, injury, accident, or emergency involving their pet(s). However, where immediate action is required and the Client cannot be reached, Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to seek veterinary treatment and make decisions regarding the health and welfare of the pet(s), based on professional veterinary advice and in the best interests of the animal(s).

The Client authorises Boops & Kisses Pet Care to transport their pet(s) to a veterinary surgeon if deemed necessary and agrees to be fully responsible for any veterinary fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, or associated expenses incurred.

Disclosure of Pet Information

The Client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding their pet(s), including but not limited to medical conditions, behavioural issues, dietary requirements, medication needs, and any history of aggression or anti-social behaviour.

Failure to disclose information that may affect the suitability, safety, or management of the pet(s) during the service shall constitute a material breach of this agreement. The Client accepts responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or additional costs incurred by Boops & Kisses Pet Care as a result of such omission or misrepresentation.

Bookings

Bookings will only be confirmed once the completed online booking form has been received and reviewed by Boops & Kisses Pet Care. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date at the time of submission.

The booking form must include all relevant details relating to the pet(s), including but not limited to medical conditions, behavioural concerns, dietary requirements, emergency contact information, veterinary practice details, and any other information that may affect the safe and effective delivery of the service.

Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to request additional information, clarification, or documentation before accepting a booking. Submission of a booking form does not guarantee acceptance of a booking, and services will not be deemed confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by Boops & Kisses Pet Care.

Service Availability

In the unlikely event that Boops & Kisses Pet Care is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, a full refund of any deposit and any other payments made in relation to that booking will be issued. This refund shall represent the full extent of Boops & Kisses Pet Care’s liability in relation to the cancelled booking.

Loyalty Card & Competitions

1. General

1.1 Participation in the Boops & Kisses Pet Care Loyalty Card Scheme (“the Scheme”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw, terminate, replace, or modify the Scheme, any associated rewards, discounts, promotions, competitions, giveaways, or benefits at any time and without prior notice.

1.3 Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation in the Scheme following such amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in the Scheme where it reasonably believes a customer has breached these Terms and Conditions or acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended operation of the Scheme.

1.5 All decisions made by Boops & Kisses Pet Care in relation to the Scheme, rewards, discounts, competitions, giveaways, promotions, and associated offers shall be final.

2. Loyalty Card Responsibility

2.1 Customers are solely responsible for the safekeeping and presentation of their loyalty card.

2.2 The loyalty card must be presented at the time of service completion in order to receive a Paw Print Stamp. Paw Print Stamps will not be issued retrospectively, backdated, or added after a service has been completed where the loyalty card was not presented.

2.3 Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced loyalty cards can be replaced. Any Paw Print Stamps accumulated on the original card may be forfeited and cannot be transferred unless expressly authorised.

3. Paw Print Stamps

3.1 Paw Print Stamps may only be earned on eligible services as determined by Boops & Kisses Pet Care.

3.2 Paw Print Stamps, rewards, discounts, and loyalty cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative rewards unless expressly authorised by Boops & Kisses Pet Care.

3.3 Completed loyalty cards shall remain valid whilst the Scheme remains active. In the event that the Scheme is withdrawn or discontinued, Section 12 shall apply.

4. Redemption of Rewards

4.1 Upon collecting the required number of Paw Print Stamps, customers may redeem their completed loyalty card for the reward or discount specified on the card, subject to service eligibility and availability.

4.2 The completed loyalty card must be presented at the time of redemption.

4.3 Once redeemed, the loyalty card shall be retained by Boops & Kisses Pet Care and a replacement card will be issued.

4.4 Only one completed loyalty card may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise authorised.

5. Combining Rewards

5.1 Customers may redeem a fully completed loyalty card in order to combine reward values towards a greater discount on a future qualifying Dog Grooming appointment.

5.2 Where both the Dog Grooming and Other Services sections of a loyalty card have been fully completed, the rewards from both sections may be combined and redeemed against a qualifying Dog Grooming appointment only.

5.3 Combined rewards may not be redeemed against any other service, booking type, product, or transaction.

5.4 Multiple loyalty cards may not be combined, pooled, or redeemed within the same transaction unless expressly authorised.

6. Transfer of Loyalty Cards

6.1 Customers who no longer wish to participate in the Scheme may transfer their loyalty card to a friend or family member.

6.2 Upon transfer, the original cardholder permanently relinquishes all rights, benefits, claims, and entitlements associated with the loyalty card and any accumulated Paw Print Stamps.

7. Fraud, Misuse and Abuse

7.1 Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to refuse the issue of Paw Print Stamps, refuse redemption of rewards, remove accumulated Paw Print Stamps, cancel completed loyalty cards, or terminate participation in the Scheme where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, tampering, duplication, alteration, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Any loyalty card that has been altered, forged, copied, duplicated, damaged, or otherwise manipulated may be declared void and any associated rewards forfeited.

7.3 Decisions made by Boops & Kisses Pet Care under this section shall be final.

8. Recommend a Friend

8.1 The Recommend a Friend promotion is available only to existing customers of Boops & Kisses Pet Care.

8.2 The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously used Boops & Kisses Pet Care previously.

8.3 Both the referring customer and the referred customer shall be entitled to a £5 discount on a qualifying Dog Grooming appointment. The referred customer’s discount may be applied to their first booking. The referring customer’s discount shall become available once the referred customer has attended and paid in full for their first qualifying appointment.

8.4 Where the referred customer cancels their appointment with short notice, fails to attend, or otherwise does not complete and pay for their first qualifying appointment, the discount shall be forfeited and neither party shall be entitled to receive the referral reward.

8.5 The referring customer’s name must be provided by the new customer at the time of booking.

8.6 The discount applies to Dog Grooming appointments only and excludes standalone services.

8.7 Only one Recommend a Friend discount may be redeemed per grooming appointment.

8.8 Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative services and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly authorised.

8.9 Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Appointment Cancellations and Non-Attendance

9.1 Where Boops & Kisses Pet Care attends a scheduled appointment and the customer is unavailable, refuses the service, cancels at short notice, or cancels upon arrival, Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to remove one or more Paw Print Stamps from the customer’s loyalty card.

10. Outstanding Payments

10.1 Where payment remains outstanding for more than 48 hours following the appointment date, Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to remove one or more Paw Print Stamps from the customer’s loyalty card.

10.2 Paw Print Stamps removed under this provision shall not be reinstated, regardless of whether payment is subsequently received.

11. Competition and Giveaway Promotions

11.1 Boops & Kisses Pet Care may, from time to time, conduct competitions, prize draws, giveaways, and promotional offers.

11.2 Competitions, giveaways, and promotional offers may be amended, suspended, withdrawn, cancelled, or substituted at any time without prior notice.

11.3 All decisions relating to competitions, giveaways, and promotional offers shall be final.

11.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products or services.

11.5 Free grooming appointments, services, or products awarded as prizes must be redeemed within one calendar month of the winner being notified unless otherwise stated.

11.6 Any appointment booked using a prize remains subject to all applicable business policies and terms, including booking, cancellation, matting, health, welfare, and behaviour policies.

11.7 Where a prize includes a free Dog Grooming appointment, additional charges may apply for services not included within the advertised prize.

11.8 By entering a competition, giveaway, or promotional offer, participants grant permission for Boops & Kisses Pet Care to announce the winner’s first name and share photographs relating to prize redemption for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

12. Withdrawal of the Scheme

12.1 Should the Scheme be discontinued, Boops & Kisses Pet Care may, at its sole discretion, offer reasonable consideration to customers holding partially completed loyalty cards.

12.2 No cash alternative, refund, compensation, or replacement benefit shall be payable.

13. Monthly Offers

13.1 Customers redeeming a monthly offer must choose either the monthly offer or a Paw Print Stamp. Both may not be claimed in respect of the same appointment.

13.2 Monthly offers are valid only during the advertised calendar month and are non-transferable to future appointments.

13.3 Monthly offers must be claimed and redeemed prior to payment being made. No retrospective discounts, refunds, credits, or backdated adjustments shall be issued where an offer has not been redeemed, has been forgotten, or is viewed after the appointment has been completed and paid for.

13.4 Only one monthly offer may be redeemed per appointment.

13.5 Monthly offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, voucher, loyalty reward, referral reward, competition prize, or special offer unless otherwise stated.

13.6 Monthly offers have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative services.

13.7 All monthly offers are subject to appointment availability.

13.8 Boops & Kisses Pet Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, substitute, or terminate any monthly offer at any time without prior notice.
