Absolutely. We understand that pets feel more comfortable when their normal routine is maintained. We’ll follow the instructions you provide and keep their care as familiar and consistent as possible.

Yes. We can feed your pet according to their usual routine and ensure they have access to clean, fresh water. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient food is provided for the duration of the booked visits. If, for any reason, the food runs out during our visits and additional food is required, we will purchase the same food where possible and provide you with the receipt. The cost of any food purchased will then need to be reimbursed to us.

Yes. We can provide a toilet break as part of your pet(s) visit, whether that means letting them safely into the garden or taking them for a suitable comfort walk.

Yes. Where requested, we can clean litter trays, remove pet waste and tidy up after your pet(s) as part of their visit.

Medication may be administered where we have discussed and agreed the requirements beforehand. Clear instructions must be provided, and we may not be able to administer certain types of medication.

Of course! We’ll spend time interacting with your pet(s) in a way they enjoy, whether that’s playing, having a fuss, providing enrichment or simply sitting with them for some company.

Yes. Where appropriate, we can provide a comfort walk as part of your pet’s visit. This can be a short or longer walk, depending on the length of time you have booked for each visit, your dog’s individual needs and how comfortably they cope with walking. We’ll always take your dog’s wellbeing, ability and usual routine into consideration.

Yes. We can care for multiple pets from the same household. Their individual routines and requirements will be discussed during the meet & greet.

Yes. We understand that every pet is different. We’ll take things at their own pace and avoid forcing interaction, allowing them to become comfortable with us in their own time.

Yes, subject to their individual needs. We can discuss their feeding, toilet, supervision and companionship requirements during the meet & greet.

Yes. We can tailor visits around your pet(s) age, mobility and normal routine. Any relevant care requirements can be discussed with us prior to booking.

We’ll always try to accommodate individual requirements where we can. Please provide full details during the booking process so we can establish whether we’re able to safely meet your pet(s) needs.

If we notice anything unusual about your pet(s), we’ll contact you as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency, we will administer appropriate first aid where necessary and follow the emergency instructions you have provided. We will then contact you, your nominated emergency contact and/or your veterinary practice, where appropriate, to ensure your pet receives the necessary care as quickly as possible.

Yes. We understand that you’re trusting us with your home as well as your pet(s). We’ll make sure doors and windows are secure, follow any agreed home-care instructions and leave things clean and tidy after each visit.

Where agreed in advance, we can carry out simple home-care tasks such as bringing in post or putting bins out.

We complete a visit record for each drop-in visit, showing the date and time we attended. We can also provide you with an update about how your pet(s) are doing during the visit(s).

No. Once we have completed the meet & greet and agreed safe arrangements for accessing your home, you don't need to be there during the visit.

We’ll agree your preferred method of access during the meet & greet. We’ll only use the agreed method and we will make sure your home is secure when we leave.

We’ll need information about your pet(s), their normal routine, feeding requirements, emergency contacts, veterinary details and anything else relevant to their care. We’ll collect the necessary information during the onboarding process and meet & greet.

This service is subject to availability, as our weekdays are already quite busy. We provide dog walking in the mornings between 9:30am and 12:00pm, followed by dog grooming appointments from 1:30pm onwards. Therefore, pet drop-in visits are primarily available in the evenings, Monday to Friday, and throughout weekends.

Yes. Our mileage rate is £1.50 per mile from Hemsworth to the customer, which helps cover the cost of travelling to and from your home.
